Administration Department

Common to all great companies in any field is a commitment to detail. DirectLender’s administration department has a long-standing commitment to making sure that our employees’ are tended to in an appropriate manner with care and diligence. Within our department we have individuals that area specifically assigned to tasks that insure timely compensation and proper accounting.

Payroll
Our payroll department is outsourced to insure we follow all of the necessary state and federal requirements. Synergy Financial Management does have an individual in this department that tracks and serves as your liaison if anything needs attention.

Accounting
Synergy Financial Management provides you with a detail report that is posted and updated daily online. Reporting monthly income and expenses and a list of loans that you have closed monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Often giving curtails information when it comes to growing your business.

Tax Reporting
Synergy Financial Management must handle all state and federal reporting. We will process the 1099’s to your vendors and 1098’s to your borrowers.

Bank Relationships
Synergy Financial Management is responsible for all bank reconciliations, stop payments, and bank service charges

Accounts Payable
Synergy Financial Management is responsible for paying all of your bills and handling all accounts payable inquiries on your behalf. All invoices are reviewed with Branch Managers to ensure accuracy.

Miscellaneous Services
Synergy Financial Management will also offer limited Human Resources support to assist you in the hiring and firing of key personnel, posting necessary documents, and support in handling problems if they should ever arise.
