Aaron Cuha

Aaron has developed, trained, and motivated sales teams in a variety of economic circumstances and brings with him a strong background encompassing sales, marketing, finance and management in the mortgage industry.

With over ten years of sales experience, Aaron has raised the bar for self achievement in a short stretch of time. From a top sales producing Loan Officer at Amerimac Financial in 1988, Aaron has moved on to his current role as Chief Operations Officer of DirectLender.com where he oversees the staff of sales, marketing, and processing. He also structured the company Quality Control procedures, sales plans, recruiting, website and marketing strategies and continues to build relationships with real estate builders, realtors, and other industry professionals. Other titles Aaron has held are Sales Manager of Prime Source Mortgage and First Southwestern Title, and Senior Loan Officer at Prime Source Mortgage all based in Orange County, California.

Aaron received his A.A. in Business from Orange Coast College in 1987, holds a license by the California Department of Real Estate since 1990, and has completed course work by Allied Business Schools in Escrow, Finance, Economic, Real Estate Law, Property Management, Practice, and Appraisal.
